How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Yes! We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. Contact support@tryhireflow.com within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data within 30 days.

Is my resume data secure?

Yes! Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
